Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it ships free of charge. Exceptions include custom orders, which are non-cancelable once production has begun due to their bespoke nature.

Returns for Unused Products

Unused products can be returned within 30 days from the shipment date under the terms specified on the product pages under the "Warranty and Returns" tab.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be in resalable condition, free from damage, scratches, or defects.
  • Items must not have been installed and should remain unopened.
  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and free gifts must be returned.
  • Manufacturer packaging must not have labels, writings, or any signs of wear and tear.

Error in Order Fulfillment: If there is an error in your order, contact us immediately. We will send the correct item at no additional cost and cover all associated return shipping expenses.

Custom Order Cancellations

Custom and made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has started, as these are made specifically to your specifications.

Product Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted; however, customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs.

If a product is not returnable due to manufacturer restrictions, we will clearly state this on the product page under the Warranty and Returns tab.

Additional Charges

Due to increasing shipping costs, returns may incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. If you are exchanging an item, partial shipping costs may be covered depending on the new product chosen.

Important Customer Responsibilities

When you are making a purchase from elitehomeoffice.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to elitehomeoffice.com within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
  • I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange.
  • I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may occur.
  • I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, that I am unable to receive a full refund.
  • I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product, but are usually around 25%.
  • I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of elitehomeoffice.com
  • I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimated time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of elitehomeoffice.com (such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).

BOGO and Promotions

For promotions like Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO), both items must be returned for a full refund. Partial returns will either be replaced or credited at the standalone purchase value. Return shipping charges and potential restocking fees apply.

Chargebacks

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. Customers considering a chargeback should first contact our customer support. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.
